My Favorite Minecraft Texture Pack

My Minecraft House and Chicken Farm
Since now hunger is an important factor in Minecraft, I made it a priority to myself to always build a chicken farm when starting a new world. Here is a picture of my most recent one:
Chicken farms provide you with a self sustainable food source, as well as large quantities of eggs (for cakes) and feathers (for arrows). To set one up, you would have to seek out areas with a lot of chicken spawns, and hang around them for a while. Chickens lay eggs every five minutes, so take some days to collect a decent amount of eggs. After that collect some wood and make a fenced area, and throw your eggs in (right click). When eggs are thrown, they have a 1/8 chance to spawn a baby chicken. You can also use wheat to speed up the process. If you do this long enough, the farm becomes self sustainable, as the chickens will keep laying eggs. For example if i were to walk through this farm in the screenshot, I would receive around 3 stacks of eggs (48), potentially making me 6 more baby chickens.
